EARLY HEAD START SERVICES
Services for Pregnant Parents and Children 0 to 3 years of age.
Parents are actively involved in all areas of Early Head Start services. From the time you are enrolled, you help plan your weekly home visits, the Play and Learn (PAL) times, and the family gatherings. In addition, parents are actively engaged with their child during their weekly home visits with support from the Family Educator.

FCF Early Head Start Child
All children before birth to age three need early child development experiences that honor their unique characteristics and provide love, warmth, and positive learning experiences; and all families need encouragement and support from their community so they can achieve their own goals and provide a safe and nurturing environment for their very young children. This recognition is guiding the design of the new Early Head Start program.
