Friends of Children and Families, Inc. (FCF) is always seeking eligible children and families to participate in Head Start and Early Head Start.

Eligibility is Determined by:

Age of Child:

for Head Start your child must be 4 years of age by Sept. 1st;

for Early Head Start you must be pregnant or your child must be under the age of 3 years old;

Income Guidelines:

Families must meet Federal poverty income guidelines. We reserve 10% of enrollment opportunities for families with a child with a diagnosed disability.

In addition, FCF uses a set of selection criteria to determine which families and children should be prioritized for services. FCF does not select children and families on a “first-come first-serve” basis.
